Good to know

Dance & Glam Package — best started as guests arrive; your entertainer opens with the glam element for the first 20–30 minutes, then moves into games and activities.
Interactive Dance Package — we recommend the entertainer arrive 15–30 minutes after guests, so most kids are there when the fun begins (30 minutes if you’re expecting late-comers).

FAQs

The things parents ask us most.

Weekends book quickly, particularly in Spring & Summer. OLAF we’d recommend 4-6 weeks notice, but Elsa often has spots available closer to the date or last-minute. Please finalise your character choice 7 days before the party so we can organise accordingly.

Let us know as soon as numbers change! 25+ kids means a second entertainer gets added to your booking. With extra kids if your package includes face painting or balloons, our entertainer might simplify some elements to keep things running smoothly on the day.

If face painting’s included, we start with that as kids arrive, then move into magic, dancing and games. If you’d like the character there for Happy Birthday and cake cutting, let us know — we’ll time it so kids aren’t holding balloon animals near the candles. We’ll do balloons and bubbles right after, while the cake’s being cut.

We cover the Sydney Region and the Melbourne Region. A travel fee may apply depending on your suburb, it’s included automatically when you fill in the instant quote form.

We bring all our own equipment! If you’re outside, we recommend laying down some rugs for the kids to sit on. For face painting, please have a table and two chairs ready — or we can bring these for $35.

For games & activities, we require enough space for the kids to sit in a circle and dance around the space. If your party is outdoors, we recommend placing some blankets on the ground for the kids to sit on. Rest assured we make our party packages work, no matter what space we’re in. We can adjust some of the activities to suit.

If face painting’s included, we arrive as guests do so kids can be painted one by one. For character entertainment only, we recommend arriving 15–30 minutes after the party starts, so most kids are there when the fun begins.

Let us know you’d like to book and we’ll send your invoice — a 50% deposit locks in your date.

Full disclosure — these HUNTR/X costumes and wigs cost more than Kath would like to admit! Our pricing reflects the premium quality of every look, glam details included. (And we’re secretly hoping Rumi rocks a purple bob in the next film instead of a heavy braid haha!)

If you’re after more face painting options let us know and we’ll adjust the package to suit. The quotes and packages above reflect being able to paint/glam a certain number of kids in the Rumi theme as it’s a quicker process than multiple face painting options.

We had a Frozen theme birthday where Elsa and Ana were fantastic in keeping the energy high, kids entertained and overall providing such an amazing service. Thank you so much Supa Dupa team, would recommend you to all of our family and friends, and cannot wait to have you a part of our next kids event!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had a wonderful experience with Supa Dupa Kids Parties at our girl’s birthday party. The kids were all so engaged and had so much fun. You could tell that our entertainer was professional, experienced and just wonderful with kids. We had so many parents commenting on how their kids were taking part and so invested in the games, music and dancing. Highly recommend! By far the best Rumi (from Demon Hunters) at all the parties we have been to.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had Wonder Woman from SUPA DUPA Kids Parties for my daughter's 4th birthday and couldn't be happier with the experience. Kath was incredibly accommodating when we needed to change the venue a few weeks before the party, which made the whole process so much easier. The entertainer was fantastic, keeping all the children engaged, excited, and having fun from start to finish. What stood out most was how comfortable my daughter felt with her. She can sometimes take a little time to warm up to new faces, but Wonder Woman was so friendly, kind, and engaging that she quickly felt at ease and thoroughly enjoyed herself. Thank you to Kath and the team for helping make my daughter's birthday so special. I would highly recommend SUPA DUPA Kids Parties to anyone looking for professional and fun children's entertainment.

She came with a bonus in training fairy who was excellent too. My daughter was so impressed as were the adults who got to sit back and relax. Thank you Supa Dupa kids parties.
