FAQs

The things parents ask us most.

Our Face Paints are from TAG – you can find safety information about the products here in case you’re worried about kids with sensitive skin: https://www.tagbodyart.com/safety-data-sheets/

For Face Painting & Balloon packages, an accurate headcount really helps us plan the day. Fewer kids means more detailed, intricate designs; more kids means simpler designs, and unfortunately some children may miss out if there isn’t time to fit everyone in. Need to add more time on the day? That’s $75 per extra 30 minutes.

We use Sempertex Balloons – you can find information here about their biodegradability: https://sempertex.com/en/pages/nature-first

We cover the Sydney Region and the Melbourne Region. A travel fee may apply depending on your suburb, it’s included automatically when you fill in the instant quote form.

We bring along all of our own equipment, for packages that include face painting, we require a table and two chairs to be setup for our entertainer. Please let us know if this isn’t possible and we can include our table & two chairs setup within your invoice.

If face painting’s included, we arrive as guests do so kids can be painted one by one. For character entertainment only, we recommend arriving 15–30 minutes after the party starts, so most kids are there when the fun begins.

Let us know you’d like to book and we’ll send your invoice — a 50% deposit locks in your date.

We had our daughter’s birthday party last year and booked one of the Supa Dupa characters to entertain the kids, and she was absolutely amazing! She was a natural with the children and kept them happy, entertained and engaged the entire time. Our daughter had the best time and absolutely loved it!

We couldn’t recommend Supa Dupa enough. The experience was fantastic from start to finish, and we’ll definitely be using them again for her birthday this year!

Emma and Cassie, who came as Jessie and Buzz, were absolutely amazing. They had the kids completely engaged and entertained from start to finish, and made the party so much fun.

Such a professional, friendly and easy team to work with. We would highly recommend Supa Dupa Kids!

The whole process of booking and on the day is so smooth, and they make it feel really special. Thanks team

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had a Jedi party for our four year old. Emma was exceptional from start to finish. We cannot recommend Supa Dupa and Emma enough. The kids are still talking about the party almost a week after and so many parents asked for Supa Dupas details. We would highly recommend.
